What happens after the 7-day demo?
You can subscribe to carry on. If you do not subscribe within 14 days of starting, the demo account and its data are deleted, so subscribe before then to keep what you entered.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. PLUS opens in the browser on a computer or phone, and there is an Android app. The same login works on both.
Is my patients' data kept separate from other clinics?
Yes. Each clinic's records are kept separate from every other clinic's, and only the people you invite can sign in to yours. You can also download your data at any time as an Excel file.
Can I move over from the software I use now?
Yes. Export your patients, appointments, treatments, bills, payments and X-rays from your old app as Excel or CSV files and import them. PLUS matches the columns for you and you check everything before it is saved. An import can be undone.
What if I delete something by mistake?
Deleted patients, bills, notes and other records are kept for 60 days and the Admin can restore them.
Can my assistants and doctors have their own logins?
Yes. Invite each person, give them a role, and choose what each role can see and do.
